Hardest to get was the Baja Beetle, but not impossible..

Week 49 : Hauling and trading...

Again, another week of hauling...
As I have said, this must stop, but it kept goin  like the energizer bunny..
Well, as the title says, last week I did a few hauling at Jusco and Parkson..

GIANT restocks again...

Demm... Still recovering from the 7E promo, till I got a call from shakz saying that GIANT outlets are restocking.. It seems some member has been scoring next year TH.. Well, since I was on leave and was going to send my car for wash & polish, why not just drop by to the nearest GIANT outlets..

So I went to GIANT Kelana Jaya.. First visit on the pegs, say some caddy wave.. urghhhh...
Then I look up, saw a row of HW cases arrange no top of the shelf..
Asked the staff there, he willingly to show me the boxes..

There were 9 cases of 998HHR (Custom '53 Cadillac) and 1 cases of 9986KA (Ford GTX).
Below are some stuff I bought at GIANT Kelana Jaya..

For those still looking for the TH Cadillac, can proceed there.. Good luck..

Then, received a called from cham and shakz requesting to join the visit to GIANT Putra Heights.. I went there with shakz.. We went upstairs, and found cham with these cases.. 2011 Cases.. nice..

Treasure Hunts 2010 # 5. Shelby Cobra "Daytona" Coupe

Just another entry.. Nothing interesting.. Just some review on a recent TH discovery.. :)

Got this a few weeks back.. One of the few carded TH$ I got this year..  
Not a collector of these casting, but surprisingly this really had my attention.. Probably because of the big rubber wheels used on the car.. hehehe..

Nothing fancy.. Just another TH$ with big wheels.. yummy..

Now I can pair it off with my regular TH..

Carded and loose..

Manage to get a loose @ a flea market.. Both of the casting has the same code base number..

However, when look closely, it seems that the color tone is diffenert between the loose and in the carded..

Probably oxidation causes the color to change for the loose, or is there color variations for this?

Anyway, am looking for a trade with a TH$ '69 Mustang.. Anyone up for it?
